Standalone revenue grew 12% YoY to Rs 99.9 cr (vs Rs 89 cr). PAT jumped to Rs 6.84 cr from Rs 0.46 cr, lifted by absence of one-time VRS expense of Rs 6.6 cr in base quarter. Scientific segment revenue up 6.3%, Glassware up 19.4%. Consolidated revenue at Rs 106.75 cr, PAT Rs 4.35 cr versus loss of Rs 4.21 cr YoY. Board also amended ESOP schemes to allow trust route share allotment and raised discount limit to 20%.
Strong profit rebound on lower one-time costs. Core growth steady. Wider ESOP discount may dilute shares but aids retention.
