On the reaction day the stock moved 0.4 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.8 pts more than its Industrial Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
For the quarter ended September, standalone revenue rose 13.8% to Rs 9,948.14 lakh, while profit fell 2.2% to Rs 752.06 lakh. Consolidated revenue rose 3.8%, but profit for shareholders fell 67.1% to Rs 289.27 lakh. For the first half, consolidated revenue declined 2.3%, with a Rs 127.16 lakh loss for shareholders. A Rs 661.31 lakh voluntary retirement charge was booked; operating cash flow was positive at Rs 774.56 lakh.
Standalone sales growth and cash flow help, but the retirement charge and subsidiary losses weaken consolidated earnings and may hurt sentiment.
