Borosil approved unaudited Q2 and H1 FY2026-27 results. Consolidated Q2 revenue rose 7.5% to Rs 369.80 crore and profit after tax rose 40.5% to Rs 31.91 crore. H1 revenue rose 8.8% to Rs 627.42 crore and profit after tax rose 11.4% to Rs 44.72 crore. H1 operating cash flow was negative Rs 2.89 crore, versus positive Rs 50.13 crore a year earlier, as working capital absorbed more cash.
Stronger Q2 profit and margins support sentiment, but consolidated negative H1 cash flow and higher working-capital use are concerns.
