Borosil Limited reported Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 33,875 lakhs, broadly flat YoY. Nine-month revenue grew about 9% to Rs 91,180 lakhs. Q3 PAT fell 32% YoY to Rs 2,413 lakhs, hit by a one-time Rs 404.82 lakh exceptional charge linked to new Labour Codes. Nine-month PAT rose modestly to Rs 6,444 lakhs. Consolidated figures are largely similar. Auditor Chaturvedi & Shah LLP gave a clean limited review.
Mixed: steady top-line growth, but Q3 profit hit by one-time Labour Code charge; nine-month PAT only marginally higher. Watch margin trajectory.
