Bosch Limited reported audited standalone financial results for FY2025-26 with revenue from operations of Rs.200,347 million, up 10.8% from Rs.180,874 million. Profit After Tax grew 37.6% to Rs.27,703 million from Rs.20,133 million. The Board declared a final dividend of Rs.270 per share, down from Rs.512 in the previous year. The company also approved forming a 50:50 joint venture with Wheels India Limited and Brakes India Private Limited for commercial vehicle air system solutions, and appointed Mr. Ramesh Ramadurai as an Independent Director for 5 years. Additionally, the strike-off of non-material subsidiary RBIM was approved.
Strong PAT growth of 37.6% demonstrates operational efficiency despite moderate revenue growth. The reduced dividend (from Rs.512 to Rs.270) may concern income-focused investors, though the company is investing in new business ventures. The new JV in CV air systems expands the company's product portfolio.
