Bosch reported Q2 operating revenue of INR 4,795 crore, up 9.1% year on year. Profit before tax, excluding one-time gains, rose 7.9% to INR 730 crore, while profit after tax was INR 554 crore, or 11.6% of revenue. The auditor's review found no material issue. Half-year profit after tax rose 66.7%, helped by an INR 556 crore business sale gain; operating cash flow fell to INR 998 crore.
Revenue and underlying profit growth support the stock, but the half-year profit jump relies on a one-time gain and cash flow was weaker.
