Bosch Limited reported strong FY2026 standalone results with revenue from operations at Rs 200,347 million, up 10.8% from Rs 180,874 million in FY2025. Net profit grew significantly by 37.6% to Rs 27,703 million from Rs 20,133 million, with EPS at Rs 939.28 versus Rs 682.62 previously. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 270 per equity share (down from Rs 512 in previous year). An exceptional gain of Rs 5,560 million was recorded from the sale of the Video solutions business to Keenfinity India. The company also approved forming a 50:50 joint venture with Wheels India Limited and Brakes India Private Limited for commercial vehicle air system solutions, and approved 100% acquisition of Bosch Chassis Systems India Private Limited for up to Rs 90,687 million.
Strong profit growth of 37.6% YoY indicates operational efficiency gains despite lower dividend payout. The new JV expands Bosch's commercial vehicle footprint while the Chassis acquisition strengthens its mobility business position.
