BPL Limited informs that the Supreme Court has dismissed its Special Leave Petition against an unsecured creditor's order from the Delhi High Court division bench, ordered on 4 December 2025. The company must now make the payment directed by that order. Management states the sudden outflow will affect cashflows and future expansion projects, but current operations are expected to remain unaffected to the extent possible.
Negative - forced cash payment hurts cashflows and expansion capacity. Existing operations are likely to continue as normal.
