On the reaction day the stock moved 1.5 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.2 pts more than its Other Financial Services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Bridge Securities' board, at its meeting on 22 September 2025, approved the receipt of the 2nd tranche of consideration towards 52,63,000 convertible warrants issued on a preferential basis to the non-promoter category. The warrants were priced at Rs. 5.51 each, inclusive of a Rs. 4.51 premium per warrant. The sole allottee is Keyventure Enterprises Private Limited. The company received Rs. 50,00,000 as the 2nd tranche, following the 1st tranche of Rs. 72,49,783 paid earlier (together covering the mandatory 25% upfront plus a partial amount of the balance 75%). On full conversion, these warrants will result in fresh equity issuance to the non-promoter allottee.
This is a routine procedural update showing continued progress in the company's preferential warrant issuance, which will bring in additional capital upon conversion but will also lead to dilution of existing shareholders' holdings. Given the small size of the company and single non-promoter allottee, the dilution impact and the identity of the incoming investor are worth tracking.
