Bridge Securities reported Q3 FY26 revenue of Rs. 42.26 lakhs, down sharply from Rs. 75.23 lakhs in Q3 FY25, a decline of about 44%. For nine months (9M FY26), revenue stood at Rs. 135.09 lakhs versus Rs. 191.04 lakhs in 9M FY25, a decline of roughly 29%. Net profit for Q3 FY26 was Rs. 32.50 lakhs (vs Rs. 72.58 lakhs YoY) and for 9M FY26 was Rs. 116.32 lakhs (vs Rs. 175.76 lakhs YoY). Basic EPS for 9M FY26 came in at Rs. 0.30 versus Rs. 0.52 in the prior year period. Total expenses rose to Rs. 18.92 lakhs for 9M FY26 from Rs. 15.27 lakhs, with depreciation and other expenses increasing. The auditor Mitali Modi & Co. issued an unqualified limited review report. Separately, the company confirmed receipt of the 4th tranche (Rs. 94.99 lakhs) from its preferential issue-convertible warrants, with no deviation reported in use of funds.
Both top-line and bottom-line have shrunk meaningfully year-on-year, suggesting weakening business momentum that shareholders should monitor closely. Absence of any auditor qualifications or fund-use deviations is a small positive, but the underlying revenue and profit declines remain the key concern.
