Brigade Enterprises reported Q1 FY27 results with revenue at Rs 1,179 crores, down from Rs 1,333 crores in Q1 FY26. Despite revenue dip, profitability rose sharply. EBITDA grew to Rs 425 crores with margin expanding to 36 percent from 28 percent. PBT rose 47 percent to Rs 285 crores and PAT jumped about 37 percent to Rs 217 crores. Real estate sales stood at Rs 1,061 crores with average realization up 21 percent YoY at Rs 14,256 per sqft. Leasing and hospitality segments showed steady growth.
Strong margin expansion and profit growth signal operational efficiency, but revenue decline warrants watch on topline momentum ahead.
