Q2 FY27 net sales were INR1,827 crore and consolidated revenue INR1,250 crore. EBITDA rose to INR478 crore, lifting margin to 38% from 26%, while consolidated PAT grew 29% to INR219 crore. Management reiterated INR9,000 crore presales guidance and plans launches of 7 million sq ft worth INR7,600 crore in H2 FY27. By FY29, it targets 12.4 million sq ft of office space and INR1,700 crore of rental income.
Profit growth and margin gains are positive. The launch pipeline and FY29 rental target support growth, but higher spending and borrowing add risk.
