On the reaction day the stock moved 0.9 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.5 pts more than its Hotels & Resorts peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Consolidated Q2 operating revenue rose 10% year on year to Rs 138.24 crore; profit after tax more than doubled to Rs 21.95 crore from Rs 10.60 crore. H1 revenue rose 6% to Rs 265.28 crore and profit after tax rose 121% to Rs 39.29 crore. Operating cash flow fell to Rs 78.07 crore from Rs 124.75 crore. The auditor highlighted property-tax proceedings and an income-tax survey without modifying its conclusion.
Strong profit growth and lower finance costs may support the stock, but unresolved property-tax and income-tax matters remain risks.
