On the reaction day the stock moved 1.3 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.0 pts more than its Hotels & Resorts peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q2 FY27 total income rose 10% to INR142 crore. Operating profit before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization was INR52 crore, with a 36.7% margin, and profit after tax doubled to INR22 crore. Room rates rose 11% and occupancy was 75.2%. Debt repayment cut finance costs by over 28%. The company has 1,700 keys under development and targets 3,300 keys by FY31, with INR3,600 crore of planned capital spending.
Profit growth and lower borrowing costs support the share price, but capital spending, new openings and acquisition execution remain risks.
