Brightcom Group has provided an update on multiple ongoing legal matters. At the Telangana High Court, the company filed a quick rejoinder to BSE's counter affidavit in WP8046/2025 (hearing now scheduled for 22nd April 2025), and a contempt case CC637/2025 related to revocation of the trading suspension is due on 17th April 2025. The company, along with its promoter and three senior executives, is also challenging SEBI's Final Order dated 6th February 2025 through petition WP7447/2025. Separately, appeals against SEBI's Confirmatory Order dated 28th February 2024 before the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) were adjourned to 30th June 2025.
