Brisk Technovision Ltd reported audited FY25 results with total income of ₹2,993.40 lakhs vs ₹2,705.24 lakhs in FY24, a growth of about 10.7%. However, profit before tax fell sharply to ₹128.04 lakhs from ₹269.95 lakhs (down ~52.6%), and profit after tax dropped to ₹96.77 lakhs from ₹200.34 lakhs (down ~51.7%). EPS stood at ₹4.84 vs ₹10.02 last year. The Board recommended a dividend of ₹1.60 per share on a face value of ₹10. Operating cash flow also declined sharply to ₹19.34 lakhs from ₹249.75 lakhs. The statutory auditor (HH Dedhia & Associates) issued an unqualified opinion, noting that prior period figures were audited by predecessor auditors.
Despite double-digit revenue growth, sharp margin compression and a ~52% drop in profit make this a weak result for shareholders. The dividend declaration is a positive, but the steep earnings decline and weak operating cash flow may weigh on investor sentiment.
