Brookfield India REIT's sponsor group entities have released pledges on a total of about 6.49 crore units (roughly 10.68% of outstanding units) of the REIT. BSREP India Office Holdings Pte. Ltd. released a pledge on 2.58 crore units (4.24% of total, 100% of its holding), while BSREP India Office Holdings V Pte. Ltd. released a pledge on 3.91 crore units (6.44% of total, about 72% of its holding). The pledges were originally created in favour of Deutsche Bank AG, Mumbai Branch, and were released on June 17, 2025. Based on the NSE closing price of INR 307.89 per unit on the release date, the combined value of the released units is about INR 1,998 crore. The disclosures were filed under SEBI's REIT Master Circular and Insider Trading Regulations on June 20, 2025.
