Brookfield India REIT appoints two new directors to manager board

Brookfield India REIT's manager, Brookprop Management Services, has appointed two new directors at its board meeting on August 10, 2026. Mr. Gautam Mehra joins as Independent Director for a 5-year term (Aug 10, 2026 to Aug 9, 2031). He is a CA, lawyer, and former PwC India Tax leader with over 40 years of experience. Mr. Danny Poljak joins as Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director. He is President of BGRE and Co-Head of Real Estate in Australia and New Zealand, with 25+ years of experience. Both appointments are subject to member approval at the next AGM.
