Brookfield India REIT has filed a quarterly compliance certificate for Commercial Papers for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The REIT confirms that 5,200 CPs with face value of Rs. 5 lakh each, totaling Rs. 260 Crores, allotted on September 21, 2026, were utilized as stated in the Key Information Document. The REIT is also in adherence to SEBI listing conditions for these CPs.
