Brooks Laboratories reported audited standalone FY2026 revenue of Rs 8,573.84 lakhs, up 3.9% from Rs 8,255.68 lakhs in FY2025. Standalone net profit jumped 90% to Rs 580.50 lakhs from Rs 305.22 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, the company turned around from a loss of Rs 979.16 lakhs in FY2025 to a profit of Rs 2,458.35 lakhs, driven significantly by its jointly controlled entity Brooks Steriscience Limited which contributed Rs 1,877.85 lakhs to consolidated profit. The company clarified it will continue only in its core pharmaceutical business after its proposed diversification plan was rejected by the Registrar of Companies. Auditors issued unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated results. Mr. Prashant Rathi was appointed as CEO in addition to his existing CFO role.
Strong profitability recovery on consolidated basis with clean audit opinions supports positive sentiment. Modest revenue growth and the failure of diversification plans suggest limited near-term catalysts, while the joint venture contribution provides earnings support.
