BSE and NSE approve reclassification of 9 erstwhile promoters to public category

Neueon Corporation received BSE and NSE approval to reclassify 9 erstwhile promoters as public shareholders under SEBI Regulation 31A, following an NCLT resolution plan dated October 23, 2024. These 9 entities together hold 2.05 crore shares or 3.62 percent stake. Post reclassification, promoter holding drops from 93.63 percent to 90 percent, and public holding rises from 6.37 percent to 10 percent.
