C.E. Info Systems (MapmyIndia) announced its audited consolidated results for FY25. Revenue from operations grew 22% to Rs. 46,325 lakhs (from Rs. 37,942 lakhs in FY24), driven by map data and services revenue of Rs. 40,861 lakhs. Consolidated PAT rose modestly to Rs. 14,759 lakhs (from Rs. 13,438 lakhs), translating to basic EPS of Rs. 27.05. Operating cash flow improved sharply to Rs. 11,315 lakhs (from Rs. 7,552 lakhs). The board declared a final dividend of Rs. 3.50 per share (175% on face value of Rs. 2). Statutory auditors M/s. Brijesh Mathur & Associates issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the financials.
Strong 22% revenue growth, expanding operating cash flows, clean audit, and a healthy 175% final dividend are positive signals for shareholders. Margins saw some pressure due to higher technical outsourcing costs, and net profit growth was modest at under 10%, which may temper near-term excitement despite solid topline expansion.
