Future Consumer has informed exchanges that the Committee of Creditors has approved the appointment of Aegis Resolution Services Pvt Ltd, acting through Mr Avil Menezes, as the Resolution Professional of the company. The CoC voting concluded on 18 August 2026. This confirms the company is under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
