Calcom Vision's Q3 FY26 standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs. 5,513 lakhs, up about 23% from Rs. 4,466 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Nine-month revenue jumped roughly 55% YoY to Rs. 15,027 lakhs. However, the company swung to a standalone loss after tax of Rs. 85 lakhs in Q3 (vs a profit of Rs. 31 lakhs a year ago), with margins compressed as expenses grew faster than revenue. On a consolidated basis, Q3 attributable loss was Rs. 95 lakhs. Nine-month standalone PAT was Rs. 194 lakhs (vs Rs. 24 lakhs), boosted by a Rs. 180 lakh PLI incentive booked in the previous quarter. The auditor (Suresh Chandra & Associates) issued an unqualified limited review report. The Board also accepted the resignation of Company Secretary Ms. Rakhi Sharma and appointed Ms. Monika Agarwal in her place. A non-operational subsidiary (Calcom Kadapa Pvt Ltd) was struck off during the quarter.
Despite strong top-line growth driven by white goods/electronics demand, the sharp swing to a quarterly loss signals margin pressure that could weigh on the stock in the short term. Investors should watch whether cost discipline and pricing power improve in Q4 to restore profitability.
