On the reaction day the stock moved 1.6 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.8 pts less than its Trading & Distributors peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Callista Industries has received BSE in-principle approval for a preferential issue of 2.125 crore convertible warrants and 56.5 lakh equity shares at Rs 10 each, equal to face value. Allotment will go to promoter group and non-promoter categories. The approval is valid for 15 days. Managing Director Rashmi Sharma signed the disclosure dated 19 June 2026.
Preferential issue will dilute existing shareholders. Promoter participation may signal confidence, but warrant conversion later can further increase dilution.
