Callista Industries board approved two allotments on 3 July 2026. First, 8th tranche of 5,87,500 equity shares at Rs 10 each to 2 non-promoter allottees (Sanjay Poddar and Sweety Mandal) for Rs 58.75 lakh. Second, 32,25,000 convertible warrants at Rs 10 per warrant to 4 allottees including promoter group Binita Parmar and non-promoters, with 25 percent (Rs 80.62 lakh) already received. Post-allotment paid-up equity capital rises to Rs 7.54 crore across 75,46,588 shares of Rs 10 each.
Equity dilution from preferential allotments to promoter and non-promoter groups. Warrants convertible within 18 months may add further dilution.
