Camlin Fine Sciences reported Q2FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 459.83 crore, up about 10% YoY from Rs 417.32 crore. H1FY26 revenue grew to Rs 883.38 crore vs Rs 798.17 crore in H1FY25. Consolidated net loss attributable to owners narrowed sharply to Rs 21.31 crore in H1FY26 from Rs 134.19 crore in H1FY25, helped by absence of the prior-year impairment charge. Standalone H1FY26 net loss was Rs 14.32 crore vs Rs 86.30 crore. Board also granted 16.23 lakh stock options under ESOP 2021 at Rs 150 each and approved re-appointment of independent director Mr Mahabaleshwar Palekar for a second five-year term.
Revenue grew about 10% YoY and net loss narrowed sharply from prior-year impairment, but company remains in the red. ESOP grant and director re-appointment are routine corporate actions.
