Consolidated sales rose 10.2% year on year to Rs 459.83 crore in the quarter ended September 2025, but the net loss was Rs 14.95 crore versus Rs 116.11 crore; last year's loss included large asset write-down charges. First-half sales rose 10.7% to Rs 883.38 crore, with a Rs 25.63 crore loss and Rs 67.14 crore from operations. The review report had no qualification. The Board also approved 16.23 lakh employee options at Rs 150 each.
Sales growth and cash from operations help, but continuing losses and lower margins may keep the stock under pressure.
