Campus Activewear's Board approved FY2026 audited results with revenue of Rs 1,797 Cr (up 11.8% YoY) and profit before tax of Rs 202.2 Cr (up 23.3% YoY). The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.50 per share (30% payout ratio) for FY2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the 18th AGM on 20th August 2026. The record date for dividend entitlement is fixed as 31st July 2026. Statutory auditors B S R & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) audit opinion. The Board also reappointed CEO and Whole-time Director Nikhil Aggarwal, along with four Independent Directors for their second terms. Internal auditors were changed to M/s Ernst & Young LLP.
The 23%+ profit growth with a clean audit opinion is positive for shareholder confidence. The dividend declaration signals management's comfort with cash flows. The record date of 31st July means shares will trade ex-dividend from 1st August 2026. Investors holding shares before 31st July will be eligible for the Rs 1.50 per share payout.
