On the reaction day the stock moved 4.2 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 3.1 pts less than its Software Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Capillary Technologies India's Audit Committee has approved a forensic audit by KPMG to probe suspected fraudulent and unauthorised banking transactions. This updates an earlier intimation dated July 6, 2026. The audit, initiated by the Company itself and not by any regulator, will review the transactions, assess internal financial controls, find the root cause, and recommend corrective measures.
Negative near-term sentiment as suspected fraud is under probe. The self-initiated audit via KPMG may help contain damage if issues are addressed quickly.
