Capillary Technologies reported FY2026 standalone revenue of ₹2,118.90 million, up 21.7% YoY from ₹1,740.91 million. Profit after tax stood at ₹28.90 million versus ₹35.06 million in FY25, a decline of 17.5% despite revenue growth. The company completed its IPO in November 2025, raising ₹8,775.01 million (net proceeds ₹3,229.08 million), with funds deployed primarily in fixed deposits (₹3,228.90 million). EBITDA margin compressed from 26.2% in FY25 to 23.6% in FY26. Employee costs increased significantly to ₹1,225.96 million from ₹959.34 million. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion with no qualifications. The Board also appointed Protiviti India as internal auditors for FY2026-27.
Revenue growth exceeded 20% but margin compression and PAT decline may concern investors. The substantial IPO proceeds provide significant cash reserves, though utilization remains minimal. The clean audit opinion is positive.
