Capital India Finance Limited reported standalone PAT of ₹40.36 crore for FY26, a strong 243% YoY jump from ₹11.77 crore in FY25. Total income grew 11% YoY to ₹229.67 crore, while AUM expanded 22% to ₹1,227.37 crore and disbursements surged 62% to ₹753.54 crore. The company divested its housing finance subsidiary CIHL for ₹267 crore in August 2025 and completed an NSE listing. Consolidated results showed revenue of ₹532.84 crore with PAT of ₹30.89 crore turning positive from a loss of ₹10.22 crore in FY25. Capital adequacy remained robust at 40.99% and Net NPA was controlled at 1.32%.
The company delivered exceptional PAT growth of 243% and strong operational momentum in MSME lending, but revenue growth of 11% is below the 20% threshold, indicating growth is being driven more by leverage and efficiency than topline expansion. The strategic focus on MSME lending post-CIHL divestment and strong capital base position the company for continued scaling.
