Capital reduction and share consolidation; record date Dec 19, 2025

Alps Industries has fixed December 19, 2025 as the record date for a 99 percent equity capital reduction and share consolidation under an NCLT-approved Resolution Plan. Face value will first drop from Rs 10 to Rs 0.10, then 10 shares of Rs 0.10 each will consolidate into 1 share of Rs 1. Total shares will fall from about 3.91 crore to 39.11 lakh.
