Capital Trade Links Ltd informed the BSE about income tax appeal orders received on October 27, 2025 from the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) under Section 250 of the Income Tax Act. The company had earlier filed appeals against income tax demands of ₹4.31 crore (AY 2021-22) and ₹3.68 crore (AY 2022-23). The CIT(A) has accepted the company's grounds of appeal and allowed both appeals in the company's favor. The company stated that the disputed tax demands shall now stand disposed of and there will be no major financial impact on the organization.
This is a positive outcome for shareholders — the ₹7.99 crore in combined tax demands has been set aside in appeal, removing a significant contingent liability from the company and reducing future financial uncertainty.
