On the reaction day the stock moved 2.0 pts more than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 2.0 pts more than its Abrasives & Bearings peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Consolidated for the quarter ended 30 September 2026, revenue from operations was Rs 146,905 lakh versus Rs 129,808 lakh a year earlier, while profit after tax fell to Rs 1,204 lakh from Rs 7,426 lakh. A Rs 8,026 lakh exceptional charge for winding up Germany-based CAAG drove the profit fall; its assets were sold for Rs 534 lakh. CAAG and Foskor Zirconia were accounted for on a non-going-concern basis. The auditor's conclusion was unmodified.
Revenue grew, but the Rs 8,026 lakh charge cut profit sharply. The closure may reduce losses, but Russian asset restrictions remain a risk.
