Board declared interim dividend of Rs 1.50 per share (150% on Re 1 face value) with record date 4 Feb 2026, payment by 19 Feb 2026. Q3 FY26 standalone sales rose 5.6% YoY to Rs 769 Cr, PAT at Rs 85 Cr vs Rs 81 Cr. Consolidated sales up 2.5% to Rs 1273 Cr, PAT at Rs 76 Cr vs Rs 35 Cr (boosted by prior year exceptional impairment). Abrasives and Electrominerals segments grew while Ceramics dipped. Also approved reclassification of Algavista Greentech from promoter group to public.
Modest interim dividend plus steady earnings. Positive Abrasives growth offset by Ceramics softness and lingering Russia subsidiary risk.
