Unaudited consolidated quarter to 30 September 2026 revenue rose 13.2% to Rs 1,469.05 crore from Rs 1,298.08 crore year ago, but profit attributable to owners fell 83.3% to Rs 12.45 crore from Rs 74.51 crore. An Rs 80.26 crore exceptional asset write-down and closure charge for German unit CAAG drove the fall. The review flagged sanctions-related liquidity risk at Russian unit VAW; CAAG and South Africa unit FZL were not expected to continue.
Revenue grew, but the closure charge sharply cut profit; Russia restrictions limit access to subsidiary cash and create ongoing earnings risk.
