On the reaction day the stock moved 0.5 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.5 pts less than its Capital Markets peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
CARE Ratings had a Madras High Court injunction from February 2023 that stopped it from selling or transferring its assets until it provided adequate security. The company has now complied with the court order, and on June 3, 2026 the court vacated the injunction. The compliance was done without giving up the company's rights in its pending appeals. CARE received the order copy on June 4, 2026.
Removes a legal overhang. The company can now freely deal with its assets. Positive for shareholders.
