Unaudited Q2 FY27 consolidated revenue from operations rose 20.4% year on year to Rs 164.13 crore, and net profit rose 26.5% to Rs 72.37 crore. First-half revenue was Rs 275.81 crore and net profit Rs 105.36 crore. The board declared a Rs 10 per share interim dividend, record date November 6. CARE also agreed to sell 9.90% each of CareEdge Global IFSC to SBI and NSE IFSC.
Revenue and profit growth, better operating margins, and the Rs 10 dividend may support shareholder sentiment.
