Carraro India reported strong full-year results for FY2026 (ended March 31, 2026). Standalone revenue grew 23.9% to Rs. 22,388.94 million from Rs. 18,075.54 million, while consolidated revenue reached Rs. 22,554.91 million. Statutory auditors Deloitte Haskins & Sells issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated financials. An exceptional item of Rs. 88.72 million (standalone) and Rs. 95 million (consolidated) was recognized due to the implementation of new Indian labour codes effective November 2025. The company also appointed M/s Adawadkar Deshmukh & Associates as cost auditors for FY2026-27.
The company demonstrated robust growth with revenue exceeding 20% and PAT growth over 25%, indicating strong operational performance. The clean audit opinion and consistent dividend payout signal financial stability, which should be viewed positively by investors. The labour code-related exceptional charge is a one-time item and does not reflect underlying business performance.
