Carraro India's board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs. 4,891.84 million from Rs. 4,700.35 million in Q1 FY25 (~4% YoY growth), while profit after tax increased to Rs. 285.06 million from Rs. 273.67 million (~4% YoY). Consolidated revenue stood at Rs. 4,929.26 million with PAT of Rs. 291.20 million. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 4.55 per share (45.50%) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval. The 28th AGM is scheduled for September 11, 2025, with September 3, 2025 fixed as the record date. Two non-executive non-independent directors, Mr. Tomaso Carraro and Mr. Enrico Gomiero, were re-appointed via retirement by rotation. Statutory auditor Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP issued an unqualified review report on the results.
Modest YoY revenue and profit growth of around 4% reflects stable but unspectacular performance. The final dividend of Rs. 4.55 per share offers a reasonable income to shareholders, pending approval at the AGM. Clean auditor review supports confidence in reported numbers, with no material concerns flagged.
