Carraro India reported unaudited standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 4,891.84 million for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025), up from Rs. 4,406.07 million in Q4 FY25 but slightly lower versus Rs. 4,700.35 million in Q1 FY25. Standalone profit after tax rose to Rs. 285.06 million (EPS Rs. 5.01) from Rs. 273.67 million (EPS Rs. 4.81) a year ago. On a consolidated basis, revenue was Rs. 4,929.26 million with PAT of Rs. 291.20 million (EPS Rs. 5.12). The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 4.55 per share (45.50%) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval. The 28th AGM is scheduled for September 11, 2025, with record date September 3, 2025. Mr. Tomaso Carraro and Mr. Enrico Gomiero have been re-appointed as Non-executive Non-Independent Directors. Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP issued an unmodified limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results.
Mildly positive for shareholders — a steady quarterly performance, a healthy 45.5% dividend, and continuity in leadership. The modest YoY revenue softness on a standalone basis may be a minor watch point, though profit growth and a clean auditor review support stability.
