Carraro India reported strong full-year results for FY26 with standalone revenue of Rs 22,389 million, up 25% from Rs 17,922 million in FY25. Profit after tax grew 48% to Rs 1,306 million from Rs 881 million. EPS improved to Rs 22.96 from Rs 15.50. The company recognised an exceptional item of Rs 88.72 million (standalone) due to incremental costs from new labour codes effective November 2025. The Board recommended a dividend of Rs 6.75 per share (67.5%). Statutory auditors Deloitte Haskins & Sells issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong operational performance with double-digit revenue and PAT growth; clean audit opinion supports financial reliability. Dividend payout of Rs 383.75 million provides shareholder returns.
