On the reaction day the stock moved 1.6 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.7 pts more than its Other Financial Services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Caspian Corporate Services (formerly Intellivate Capital Advisors) approved its Q1 FY27 results at a board meeting on August 13, 2026. On a standalone basis, revenue surged to Rs. 474.33 lakhs from Rs. 79.21 lakhs in Q1 FY26, while net profit rose to Rs. 1.22 lakhs from Rs. 0.25 lakhs (EPS of Rs. 0.0096 vs Rs. 0.0002). On a consolidated basis, however, revenue was nearly flat at Rs. 2,548.95 lakhs (vs Rs. 2,478.47 lakhs) but expenses climbed to Rs. 2,920.96 lakhs, pushing the group into a net loss of Rs. 341.56 lakhs against a profit of Rs. 5.36 lakhs a year earlier. Finance costs (Rs. 78.28 lakhs) and other expenses (Rs. 2,311.64 lakhs) were the main pressure points, and consolidated EPS swung to a negative Rs. 2.6979. The auditor, MAAK and Associates, issued a clean (unqualified) limited review report on both sets of results.
Standalone numbers suggest the new manpower supply business is scaling up quickly, but the steep consolidated loss is a red flag — costs are growing faster than revenue and the group has slipped into losses, which may weigh on the stock and warrants close watch on expense control in coming quarters.
