Castrol India Board declared an interim dividend of Rs 6.25 per share (face value Rs 5), up from Rs 3.5 last year. Record date is 11 August 2026, payment on or before 2 September 2026. Q2 2026 revenue rose 25 percent year on year to Rs 1,871 Cr, EBITDA up 41 percent at Rs 494 Cr, and PAT up 43 percent at Rs 348 Cr. H1 2026 revenue stood at Rs 3,417 Cr (up 17 percent) with PAT at Rs 590 Cr (up 24 percent). The CFO said the higher interim payout brings forward shareholder returns during the company's transition year.
