Castrol India posted record FY25 revenue of Rs 5,722 Cr (up 7% YoY) and EBITDA of Rs 1,348 Cr (up 5%). PAT rose to Rs 950 Cr from Rs 927 Cr. Q4 revenue grew 6% to Rs 1,440 Cr, with EBITDA at Rs 368 Cr (down 2%, up 14% sequentially). An exceptional charge of Rs 22.53 Cr was taken for new labour codes. Total FY dividend declared at Rs 8.75 per share. Deloitte issued an unmodified opinion.
Record revenue and eighth straight quarter of growth show strong momentum, but Q4 EBITDA margin compressed. Healthy dividend rewards shareholders.
