Castrol India reported FY25 revenue from operations of Rs 5,722 Cr, up 7% YoY, with EBITDA at Rs 1,348 Cr (up 5%). Q4 revenue rose 6% to Rs 1,440 Cr but PAT dipped to Rs 245 Cr from Rs 271 Cr, hit by a Rs 22.53 Cr exceptional charge on account of new labour codes notified in November 2025. Volumes grew 8% YoY. Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 5.25 per share, taking total FY25 dividend to Rs 8.75, with payment by April 27, 2026.
Solid revenue and volume growth, but a one-time labour-code charge weighed on Q4 profit. Healthy dividend signals strong cash generation.
