On the reaction day the stock moved 3.1 pts less than its Telecom - Cellular & Fixed line services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

The NCLT approved Fastway Transmissions' resolution plan on 3 November 2026. QTL's net worth was about negative Rs 2,869.43 crore. After restructuring, Fastway will hold 95%, promoter shares will be cancelled and public holders will retain 5%. The plan commits Rs 231.50 crore, including Rs 58.16 crore equity, with no payout to shareholders. QTL remains listed and must work toward 25% public holding.
Approval enables restructuring, but the 200-to-1 capital cut and 95% Fastway control sharply dilute existing holders and may pressure the stock.
