CCL Products reported strong Q1 FY26 results with standalone revenue from operations rising to ₹53,481 lakhs, up about 24% year-on-year from ₹43,160 lakhs. Standalone net profit grew nearly 25% to ₹3,136 lakhs (from ₹2,514 lakhs), and EPS rose to ₹2.36 from ₹1.89. On a consolidated basis, revenue jumped 36% to ₹1,05,564 lakhs, but net profit grew only about 1.4% to ₹7,245 lakhs, held back by higher material costs, finance charges, and depreciation. The statutory auditors (Ramanatham & Rao) issued an unmodified limited review report on both sets of results.
Positive for shareholders on the back of robust standalone growth, though the flat consolidated profit growth suggests margin pressure or one-off costs at the subsidiary level, which investors should watch closely.
