CEAT's standalone revenue grew 22.9% YoY to Rs. 4,548 crores in Q2 FY26, with H1 revenue up 20.6% at Rs. 8,711 crores. However, standalone Q2 PAT fell 18.8% to Rs. 164 crores and H1 PAT dropped 22.3% to Rs. 262 crores. Operating margin compressed to 10.14% from 13.69% in Q2. Exceptional items include VRS costs of Rs. 13 crores in the quarter. Board appointed Mr. Sumeet Narang (Founder and CEO of Samara Capital) as Additional Independent Director for 5 years. Limited review by B S R and Co. LLP was clean.
Strong topline growth aided by Camso acquisition, but bottomline compressed on higher costs and one-off VRS charges.
